Delivery Details
All UK postage is sent either 2nd class or Royal Mail Standard Parcels, depending on their overall weight. If you wish to have items delivered by a different method,(ie. 1st Class, Special Delivery) please e-mail us and we will arrange it. (Additional charges may apply). All overseas parcels are sent by Royal Airmail.
Payment Details
For UK customers we are happy to accept payment by any of the following methods:
- Debit/ Credit Card.
- Paypal.
- We can only accept payment in £GBP sterling.
If you require a vat invoice with your order, please ask and we will enclose one with your goods.
3D Secure
What are they?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode & 3D Secure are new security programmes from Visa, MasterCard & Maestro which give you enhanced protection when shopping online. They allow you to create your own personal password, known only to you, for use as an extra security measure each time you use your payment cards on-line.
How do they work?
You only need to register with once to create your password for each of your payment cards. Then whenever you shop online using your registered cards you will be asked to enter the relevant password as an additional validation before the order is confirmed.
What if I am already registered?
If you have already registered you just need to enter your personal VbV or SecureCode password as indicated in the box on the right to continue.
